At Burlodge we recommend our Preventative Maintenance Program be conducted twice a year. Oualified technicians carry out the work and we outline our recommended maintenance details in our equipment manuals. - Check and clean condenser coil, caver and fans.
- Check heating element motors, tighten fan screws.
- Check ail internai probes, clean if necessary.
- Check main power receptacle and mounting hardware.
- Check and tighten ail screws, bolts and hinges.
- Check and replace ail door and frame gaskets.
- Check and clean castors and brakes.
- Visually inspect electronic components, refrigeration components, cooling fan for cleanliness and clean as needed.
