Bag Roller

Wraps transport racks to keep food fresh and protected.

This easy rolling, dual bag wrap (30” x 8”) dispenser is quickly and securely wraps around transport racks. Simply guide the transportation rack into the frame, wrap and go. Construction • Fully welded, stainless-steel (type 304) tubular construction, reinforced with support gussets and corner bumpers • Easily removable rods that hold two bag rolls • Clearance allows for a 55” H x 31” W x 32” D tray rack • 4″ H/D threaded stem casters with brakes
Blean

An ergonomic answer to improved trayline meal assembly

B-Lean is designed around ‘Lean’ thinking to maximize efficiency and reduce waste while promoting greater safety and, ultimately, patient satisfaction. The work cell design occupies a minimal footprint compared to traditional traylines and is also easier to maintain, clean, and restock. The ergonomic design benefits workplaces by reducing the incidence of straining, bending, crouching or twisting to access items.
Cup Rack

Convenient racking system designed to speed hot beverage service.

The Cup Rack is a simple yet smart solution to quickly transfer freshly cleaned cups from the dish-machine to a filling station. With a 25-cup capacity, cups in the dishroom stripping area are placed upside down into the Cup Rack. Prior to the dish washing cycle, another Cup Rack is secured over top and then passed through the washing system. Once clean, the operator can simply flip over the rack and the cups are ready to be filled.

For holding and transporting dishware, cutlery, food items and disposables, our Dish and Tray Carts are the perfect complement to any meal delivery system.
Stack’n’Nest
A durable yet lightweight basket system that’s designed to protect goods when filled (stack) and take up little space when empty (nest). Stackable to secure contents when transporting and conveniently nestable when out of service thanks to the straight wall design. The bi-colour design of these storage containers clearly indicates stackable and nesting options. Also noteworthy of the Stack n’ Nest system:

  • Rests securely on a dolly when transporting goods

Z Rack

Racking system that maximizes capacity in limited spaces.

Highly practical and versatile, the Z Rack is a space saving system that can be used for both delivery and collection of food trays. With its unique design, it can accommodate six nested racks in the same footprint occupied by two traditional racks. It is available to fit two tray sizes (530mm/21” and 575mm/22.6”).
